Role Requirements:
To thrive as a Public Sector Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager, your profile should include:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA) ideally with some experience in industry
- Experience in External Audit for Local Authorities and Health bodies or within a Local Government or Health finance function.
- Proficiency in IFRS and public sector financial reporting.
- Demonstrable project management skills.
Experience in business development will be considered beneficial.
