2x Insolvency Administrator – Norfolk (Full-Time, Permanent) – Competitive Salary (DOE)
Our client is seeking two Insolvency Administrators to join their Insolvency and Recovery Department, providing vital administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a small, collaborative team and further your career in the field of insolvency.
This role is integral to ensuring the department operates efficiently, delivering work in a compliant and timely manner. The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting the team to deliver outstanding service, meeting or exceeding client expectations while contributing to the overall success of the department.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, as well as other computerised systems
- The ability to be empathetic and sensitive to clients’ individual financial situations
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A resourceful and determined approach to problem-solving
- Confidence in building relationships across all levels of the organisation and with external service providers and trainers
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion
